REFUND POLICY
**NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS**
Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges on Digital Products. Products are labeled and Descriptions as to what's included. You may review prior to purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have fully Read and Agree to our Refund Policy.
**Returns and Refunds**
We understand that sometimes, returns are necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
-Digital Downloads
-Classes and Courses
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
-Templates
**Additional Non-Returnable Items**
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
**Refunds**

**Late or Missing Refunds**
All Digital Product Sales are Final, please contact us at beautynphones@gmail.com.
**Sale Items**
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
**Exchanges**
No Exchanges on Digital Products, Classes, or Consultations. We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at beautynphones@gmail.com.
**Gifts**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.
**Shipping**
Please allow up to 24 Hours for Login Access and delivery of product after You have Confirmed your purchase and responded to our Activation email. For Classes and any preordered or preregistered classes, you will be provided the Access Link on the Date of the Class launch.
