    **SHIPPING:**

    **Do We Offer Free Shipping?**
    Yes, we offer Free standard Shipping within the US on Orders $99.00 and above. Please note that we may offer Free Shipping and promotions regularly.

    **When Will My Order Ship?**
    We begin fulfillment when your order is received. Please allow 2-3 days for your order(s) to be processed. While we do our best to expedite the process, please note that Beauty N Phones is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged packages or any delays in transit caused by the carrier or its shipping operations. During High Peak seasons/Holiday Seasons, please allow 4-5 days for processing.

    **Track My Order**
    Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking Number for your package. Based on the carrier, you will be able to track and locate your package's transit and progress.

    **International Shipping, Except UK or EU**
    Please note that delivery time and process can vary greatly depending on the country's customs and border inspection procedures. We disclose the full contents of the package. We are not responsible for Customs clearance delays, missed delivery, and missing items/packages. If your item is missing or showing in transit but not located, please contact your local Carrier to confirm the status and location of the package. Depending on your carrier choice, we may be limited in our ability to track missing parcels fully once they leave the United States. Therefore, we highly recommend adding insurance and Signature Delivery Receipt to your shipping option during checkout. This will ensure the package is tracked and signed for upon delivery at your destination.

    **RETURNS:**

    **Returns**
    Returns are subject to a Restocking fee, and we do not refund shipping costs. We offer store credit only for products returned within 10 days after you receive them. Products must be unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please email us the details of your return before sending the product back.

    **Reshipping (I Entered Wrong or Incomplete Address)**
    We are not responsible for incorrectly entered or wrong addresses. Once your order is shipped and fulfilled, it is your responsibility for your package once it's showing in the tracking system as delivered. Please contact your local post office or carrier service to retrieve your package or find its location. We will, however, help you troubleshoot your package's location. We will gladly reship your item once reshipping costs have been paid and covered by you.

    **Stolen Items**
    Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    **Damaged Items**
    If your package arrived damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your product. Please do not discard the products. Follow these steps to resolve:
    1. Send us a clear picture of the damages.
    2. Allow us 7 days to file a claim with the carrier, once approved, we will send you a new product.

    **My Products Arrived Damaged**
    Please take photos and notify us within (3) business days after your products are delivered. Please note that damaged products will need to be returned and cannot be used. Once we have your tracking number and show your package has been shipped for your Return Item, we can issue and ship out a replacement product. To return damaged items, please email us at beautynphones@gmail.com and we will provide you with the Shipping Address to return the items. Terms of Damaged Items policy are subject to management discretion.

    **Missing Items**
    All our items are packaged and shipped with Tracking. We will need to confirm the reason your item is missing. If your item is missing, we recommend you contact the carrier and request an investigation to locate and confirm where the parcel may be. Please allow time for this process, and rest assured we will be in communication with you throughout. Please note that we are not responsible for Missing Items once Shipping & Tracking has confirmed delivery.
